3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Terms

4.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate agreement or statement of work. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges.

4.2 Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback, and other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary content and materials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment of invoices according to agreed terms
• Backup of their own data and content

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Invoicing

All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be outlined in individual project agreements. Work completed cannot typically be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purposes of delivering our services.

6.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work. We retain the right to use general techniques and knowledge gained during the project.

6.3 Third-Party Components

Some projects may include third-party components or software that remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Website Maintenance and Support

8.1 Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty on new website development to fix any bugs or issues that arise from our work.

8.2 Ongoing Support

Ongoing maintenance and support services are available under separate agreements.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or software updates beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReadyHT.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReadyHT.com from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
